The search for funding for our work is never-ending. Even though we are a “Cost-Share” organization, historically donating more than 50% of the cost of a project, it has always been difficult to obtain continual support. It is even more important for those many regions that have rock art that is actively negatively impacted, and yet very little money is available to document or manage those sites. In order to continue and expand our documentation and education efforts, we are actively seeking donations from any individual or organization concerned with protecting these valuable resources. Any help, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use.
Western Rock Art Research would like to extend a special thank you to all of the generous donors that have contributed to our cause over the years. Not only have the donations assisted in the efficiency of our work, but the donors have greatly influenced our perspective of recording, and contributed to the passion we share in understanding our history.

We are very grateful to the many dedicated land managers who have worked so hard to seek out funding opportunities because they seek to preserve our cultural history.
